Our MacBook os is called macOS.
macOS will hide those setting files or folders.
In fact, it is to prevent us from accidentally changing or deleting it.
However, sometimes, we (or want to) open these hidden files.
So let's go now.

0:00:49 - Show hidden files: Method 1 -
The first one is a very easy way for me personally.
Just press: "Command + Shift +."
If you want to hide these files back again,
Just press "Command + Shift +." And you're done.

0:01:05 - Show hidden files: Method 2 -
First open "Terminal".
Then enter the word:
$ defaults write com.apple.Finder AppleShowAllFiles true
$ killall Finder
It's fine.
