00:00:35 第一個，盡量不要在MacBook前吃東西+喝東西。
如果一定要的話，就拉開一段距離。
然後小心，小心，再小心！
00:00:51 第二，我在清理這MacBook Pro 的時候，會使用這種抹眼鏡的布。
它的質感是比較柔的。
千萬不要用很粗糙的布。
桌布或是洗車的布，就千萬不要用了。
如果真的抹下去的話，我看，就沒救了。

第三，盡量“乾”抹。
就是這塊布是乾的。
如果一定要用水的話，最好是清水。
而且一定要扭乾。
市場上有很多有化學成份的清潔液。
大家需要謹慎使用這些清理液。
如果可以的話，就盡量不用了。
還有一件很重要的是，在抹的時候，
盡量輕（力道）。
