In the begging, MacBook have it it off.
Now we're going to enable it.
First of all, we go to Accessibility.
Then select Mouse & TrackPad. ps: in Chinese, 滑鼠與觸控式軌跡板。
Then (click) TrackPad Options. Then (click) TrackPad Options. ps: in Chinese -觸控式軌跡板選項。
At first, the Enable Dragging. ps: in Chinese -可推移。
In fact, this feature is turned off. So we enable it.
We have three options here. The third is to use three fingers to drag.
I see a lot of people online that teach, that they will choose Let three fingers dragging. While I only like to do with one finger. So I chose the first one, and then press Ok. That's all.

So, the basic operation is to enter the TrackPad.
Then we chose Point & Click. Then we choose the third.
