First we go to the upper left corner, mac logo here.
Select system preferences.
Select the keyboard. Select input sources.
In the lower left side, press Add.
Just select that language you want,
(At) the right hand side, choose
Trackpad Handwriting. Then choose Add.
He will be added to this list inside.

Then you want to write the word on the Trackpad.
After wrote the text, In the appropriate place  onTrackpad,
Click on the word you want.
